Random Act of Photos

I've been sick for two weeks, so I'm trying to get up enough motivation to get back into the studio. Apparently, my painting moxie has been as weakened as my immune system, so it's a struggle to decide what I want to paint. I've been re-reading one of my fave handbooks, "Art & Fear", so I will be getting back to that easel soon. If only to mush paint around as before. While I'm recuperating, here are a couple of photos to keep us company.

This little one is ready for some sunny weather.

My art director says "Get back to work, Mom!"

I hope you're feeling better. I get those stuck moments without being sick. At least you have an excuse.

What a beautiful bird!

I've heard a lot of good things about "Art and Fear". I'll have to give it a try.

Sorry you've been under the weather.

Sorry you have been poorly - so hard not to have the painting genie around to inspire you but don't worry it will come back with a vengeance especially with that director cracking the wip!!! Don't forget though that photography is also art and these two lovely characters inspired you.
