The dogwood at my back door released its petals top form a carpet of white. In the fall, I get to walk on a red carpet for several days. God has ways of making us feel special. We just need to pay attention to His gifts all around us.
I've been sick for two weeks, so I'm trying to get up enough motivation to get back into the studio. Apparently, my painting moxie has been as weakened as my immune system, so it's a struggle to decide what I want to paint. I've been re-reading one of my fave handbooks, "Art & Fear", so I will be getting back to that easel soon. If only to mush paint around as before. While I'm recuperating, here are a couple of photos to keep us company. This little one is ready for some sunny weather. My art director says "Get back to work, Mom!"
An artist who enjoys oil painting, art journal swaps, ATC swaps, watercolor painting, drawing, mixed media, and talking about art with anyone who will talk back.
Thanks for stopping by, and please leave a comment, so I can repay the favor.
Hope God blesses you with lots of Love & Laughter...
